Day eight

Day eight feeling better doing everything recommended OTC. It's raining here so I jogged in place for awhile and went grocery shopping. My main problem is that my legs feel like jello and no energy. I return to work tommorow very physical work. I'm nervous about performing even at a decent pace it, doesn't help that I hate my job just pays well. I have a sub left over I began this journey with two.I had used the first sub for the first two days to get through work then stopped for the remainder of six days. Is it wise to even use the sub at this point( day 8)? I tried 5 hr energy on day (four) and it did not even touch me! I'm doing well though day to day job makes me nervous. I'm happy to have found this board after reading so much on here. Hugs! #help  #faith

Thank you everyone day 16 I see the light feel real good love the support here hope to do the same for others. One thing I never want to go through withdrawal again so it's enough to keep me sober. I feel like cloud lifted and didn't real lift till day 12 or 13. Ready to take the world by storm looking for a job that better fits my degree. Home life has gotten so better even though the feeling I am having might be SPRING. Either way it was dark now I see light! Hugs!

I agree with everyone risky you should skip the sub, you are doing such a great job so far!  you're physically active on the home front, maybe you can just push through work though as you describe it that sounds like its gonna be hard.  like someone said, any way you can get even a few days off?  be strong, keep going!

Risky. You're doing so well. Skip that sub. Be done once & for all.
You'll only get better each day out.  Mind over matter. You can do your job. You know you can!  Pamela
