I just wanted to post and say I made a choice 30 days ago to change my life :)  whoop! And I haven'tllooked backssince......  It feels great to be so clear minded.  Glad I took those steps and glad for everyone that encouraged me a long the way!!! This place is amazing..... Thank you all!!

I am so happy for you!! You are soooooo doing the right thing for you and your baby. Being a mother myself, that would definitely be the squasher for me to not to use again!! Is this your first babe? Congrats to you and your baby. Stopping the meds now shows what a great mom you are going to be!

Ya know for me I haven'trreally had any craving to want or regress..... So I been lucky thus far..... But I'm also 11wks pregnant...... So having a little life to worry about other than mine has been helping I think :)

Congratulations!!! I am on day 30 as well!! Did we all quit on the same day?? There must have been something in the stars that night LOL...again, what an amazing accomplishment, they say this is where it gets tough with the mental part, I was thinking of going to an na meeting on Friday night, have you seeking any aftercare?? I am not trying to pry, I was just wondering since we are on the same timeline and I am fighting some cravings. Thank you in advance, Michelle.

30 days does feel nice. today is mine as well. really wanted to post at 4 weeks but feels to good to say 30 days. feels great to be me again. i bet it feels the same for you. great job!!!!! go us!!!!!
