Day#29 Thanks to you guys

My Day#29  no Norco or any other pain pills .
Still not 100% but i feel better each day . Life is good again , enjoying more & more every few days now.
I came here so lost and you guys helped me thru the whole thing How does one thank so many people .

Hey Ron!!  Good on ya!  Your ability to help and invest in others while you have been walking this new walk is FABULOUS!  I'm conviced that helping others, taking the focus off of me, and just putting one foot in front of the other helps me to succeed.  And that's what you have been doing!

Your posts are so helpful.....and I thank you for letting all of know how you are doing!  You are a communicator.......I like that! LOL!
