hi, i have also had to come off benzos and was put on valium (diazepam) to taper off, it wasnt too awful, you may have trouble sleeping for a while, but you can do this, see your Dr. and best wishes.

I have. It's not to bad if you taper. I would urge you to get with a Dr. and work out a taper plan, if you stick to the plan closley, you should be fine. Good luck to you.
