End of day 5

Well the ever coveted (at least for me lol) the end of day 5 so many post i saw gept me going because EVERYONE was saying day 3-4 are the end of the worst of the W/D well it was end of day 4 for me for the worst part but don't get me wrong those cravings are still there but the worst is over and now facing one day at a time...............

Ok something to add, i am going on vacation ( i wrote that in my journal) up north to as i said where this all started those years ago, its gonna be a test but one i hope to pass, Friday will be my last post till the following Saturday-Sunday but i plan to fight and things should be good................

cm, you are doing remarkably well.  the end of hell is near and a wonderful new life awaits you there.  each day clean is a true accomplishment for addict.  keep going and keep posting

Congrats...that is pretty much the way mine was also...Now u have to find some kind of after care...I see a counsouler, and it was the best thing i could of ever done...and also she is an addict in recovery....so she understands...
The first time was very hard, but everytime after that got easier...I tried NA but really never got into it, but i hear very good things about it helping some ...
Anything you choose is ok, you just have to choose something.

I thought detoxing was the tough part, boy was i wrong....It is staying clean that is hard...
this forum is my second after care, lol sometime first!!!
i am proud to say i am over 6 months clean and loving my clean life...

I just started my first day today, and am almost thru it.

I thank God to all of the dear good friends I have in hear for all the loving and helpful support!

I bet you feel good about yourself...that is great...keep your focus...keep moving forward and keep posting....I am at 6 weeks as of 4 pm today...it gets better and better..
