Feel like i'm gonna relapse!!

On day 11 of being completely off suboxone and i feel worse then ever. Can't eat cant sleep, only had an english muffin and a couple of chicken wings all day yesterday. Haven't had anything to eat yet today, even though my stomach is groweling. I feel like i'm gonna relapse back to oxy's even though i don't want to. My spirit is going and i feel lost!

Hey man, get back on here and let us know how you are! You are getting so close to getting over that hump. It is so difficult at first, there is no easy way, but making it through the rough times makes us stronger and you will see some improvement physically and mentally soon. You have come so far so fight through this. Do you have any type of aftercare, N/A etc?

You are doing SO GOOD with being on Day 11!!! PLEASE don't give up! It's not an option at this point!! I won't let you :)

You are almost there and if you relapse, you will have to start all over again. It could even turn out worse than the last time you were addicted, and you don't want that, do you? We are ALL here to help you through this and will be there every step of the way. DON'T GIVE UP!!!

DONT GO BACK TO OXY!!  Day 11 you are so close to being physically better.. Just hang in there.. dont lose sight of all the time you gave to active addiction and how that compares to 11 days!

XRU is totally right - exercise at 11 days is really helpful...

Hang in there and just keep moving ahead

Are you engaging in any sort of exercise?  You need to get the blood flowing.  For me it was modest bicycling but every day.  Are you drinking lots of water and taking vitamins?  You have to eat!!!!!!  Fruits, vegetables, bananas for potassium.

Look, the bottom line is you got a few more days of physical discomfort ahead of you if you progression in recovery is anything like mine was.  But when things were toughest for me, I would get on this website and research research research and reach out and talk to people here who helped me stay strong enough to get me over the hump.

You're right about feeling bad but  things will start turning around for you, don't throw the 11 days away that you have worked so hard for!   You really need to make yourself eat, even if a small amt. several times a day. This will help give you some energy.  I crave the Green Monster drinks, I guess because they taste so good to me but they are loaded with some high power good stuff.  I know others say they are bad for you but they really do help me!!!  I do not like the other flavors. One or two a day won't hurt you any for awhile, but u gotta EAT man!
