not posted for a while.....day 22

I havent posted in a while but have been reading....some people are correct in sayen some feedback is negative. So I am all for positive......the good feelings I have now are 90/10....compared to week 1......there is so much postive to not taking pills....sex....food...temper.....smiles.....and a lot of weird things things are great.....I know we all got issues and need to here the truth but sometimes we just need comfort from those who understand....sorry if this didn't make sense to anyone but positive re-enforcement for me is what worked best.....2 lines I heard that also worked...."move a muscle....change a thought "....and "turn anxious into energy".....food for thought.....prob gonna sign off after this but wish all the best and please do same for me....

So true...every emotion is great.....after cryen a lot in the beginning .....(good Cries...we all need it)....everything is getting better.....even greater....sorry ladies but my wife is even noticing a difference and she not complaining......lol.....to all who don't think it gets good please believe it does......and if u can....even tho this site is great and is where I started try to find someone face to face ....u would be surprised to find who has issues just like u......being scared to talk was my downfall....the luv I got from talken is so much more rewarding.
