No worries! Get back on the track! We are after all human! Just like anything else, it can take one or two or more times to reach a goal! You can do it! "if you can take it, YOU can MAKE it!"
Thanks everyone. I did flush the rest this morning and I did tell my hubby and he is disappointed but we are ok, he keeps supporting me. I'm very lucky. I feel fine so far today so that's good. Went to the gym earlier and going to dinner in a couple of hours. I am going to just forget about the past couple of days and keep moving forward :)
As I was walking out of the detox center 4 months ago the nurse taking care of me simply put it. If you fall down get the back up and start again. Nice job Leah. Go get em.
It's just a bump in the road, keep your head up! We all battle these same demons!
Chip up, chickie!! We will do this, dang it! Glad you told your husband and got rid of the rest.
Please don't beat yourself up over this. We've all been there! Just remember, the misery that comes with detoxing is nothing compared to the happiness that comes with being sober. Stay strong!!
Leah, you got this girl. Remember to find your inner strength and hold to it. Like weaver said a small battle lost is not losing the war. Your positive attitude will guid you into winning your war.
There is no destination and you are still going down the path. Learn from every shortcoming, even Evil is used to God's advantage. Keep the attitude of a conquerer, a small battle lost does not lose the whole war.
