Well I'm guessing not many people from the past are still not here. Time to make new friends. I was clean for a long time until about a year ago. I need to stop. I know its possible as I have done it before. The withdrawls are what syop me everytme I try now ugh

I'm new, still on pills, and getting off this week as soon as my last 6 are gone. I'm here to listen and go through it with u but I'm not sure if have any good advice.  I've been hearing alot about the Thomas recipe?
