I think the best way to free yourself from the chains of this addiction is to go cold turkey. Break free from the chains of this addiction in one go. The sooner you do it the better it is. However, it may be difficult but not impossible to bear the cravings or pain, especially the first week or so. But as the time passes by, with each passing day you will start to feel better about yourself, start to gain confidence and be happy n blessed for having got yourself clean. Meanwhile, after doing your part you may seek help from a professional Medical Care to support you by, if you think your anxiety or pain is beyond your capacity to bear. Having a support from friends ( not people using) or family or people in recovery can be helpful. Rest, we are always here to help you and there are so many people out here who are or have been through this. Take care. Wish you success in your mission! God bless!
Hi I had to look this up, it appears, by googling one can find this medication and it has Ultram (brand) or Tramadol (generic) in it.
You might do better to ask for help on how to get off of Tramadol.
It is very addictive.
When first given out many were told it was not adictive, it is.
I hope that you can get some help and others will stop by.
