thanks all of you
i am on day 5 and i feel great i was so glad i made it through and i actually had the energy yesterday to get up and clean my own house. i think that today i will have the same kinda motivation . thank you all !!!!!! i know i am not totally out of the woods but i feel better.
Day 5...I felt so much better on day 5...glad you hunkered down and got it done...keep posting...energy came back in bits and pieces for me..keep posting and stay strong
dont let your guard down yet but you are close! day 5 is a great day and a good turning point! glad to hear you have some more motivation.
