Welcome Ryan....if your looking to quit this freakin merry-go-round, you've come to the right place. I understand you cant go to a dr b/c it will be on your record and in your medical records, but this can be done at home.
Can you take some time off from work....say 6/7 days? I say this b/c im sure you dont want anyone to think anything at work. Can u enlist a parent, sibling, friend to help u? First thing, find the Thomas Taper on this website and get the items listed...including all of the vitamins and minerals it lists.
If it is at all possible for u to do this now, i would highly suggest it. You know, when i started taking opiates, it was for fun and energy...i had no intention to stay on them for 7 yrs......but i did! I then found suboxone, so i wouldnt have to w/d off the opiates, but another 7 yrs went by and the w/d was even worse. I guess what im trying to say with this is w/d is something we HAVE to go through....not over it, not under it, through it! We dont die from w/d...we always come out on the other end....
If you are ready to quit then keep posting and we will be able to help you THROUGH it....as was done for me almost a year ago to the day!
Howuch fentanyl are you in? You should not stop thst gold turkey. You have to taper that down each month slowly. I mean slow. If not it will be horrible and possibly dangerous.
Oh my gosh my phone went nuts there!! Cold not gold turkey. How much fentanyl are you ON?
^I can't really say it better than Monty did and I agree with Merri that your best option is to taper.
Just here to show some support. You're not alone!
Best Wishes,
Chels
