hey guys....thanks for all of you previous help...so this is the story i am done with all of my 2mg subs.....omg i had 1 8mg left to help me taper.....i broke a little crumb off this morning.....im going to do my work out today i dont feel too bad...now what i needed to know....i have the clonazapams to help me sleep for anxiety durring wds which i am prescribed bc i have anxiety anyway its only 1mg so coming off that shouldnt be bad and i only take it as needed....so anyway....ok to prepare for sub wds exercise...check! bananas..water..gatorade fresh fruit veggies and baths....sex yes i know but u know it helps....ummm my question was with aminos...where the heck do i get those...and do you think i should start doing all these things while tapering and continue thru the wds...i think im going to...i work out anyway but i think im going to add that stuff in double up.....anyone have anymore suggestions on what i should put in my goodie pack to help get thru a little easier?

i take b 12's and b 6's along with a multi vitamin,also an antioxidant pill.. you are doing great ...i take an anti depressant so make sure if you happen to take those you cant take certain things like ltyrosine if youre on a maoi...pm me anytime if you have any questions..

WAY TO BE PREPARED :)  You go!  Yes, start them ALL now.  They do all help tremendously.  You can get the Aminos at a health food store - GNC, maybe even a pharmacy.

you can get the amino's at GNC or CVS,congrats on getting clean!
