you are welcome and yes, listening to the advices is the most intelligent thing to do so nop, i would never think that you are a young punk kid who is not listening, don't worry, you should be very proud of what you are doing , i am :) i would suggest the whey protein shakes if you don't feel like eating... a pr0otein rich food is adviced after opiate wds to repair and heal , those shakes are also full of vitamins and aminos. The thomas recipe is good for wds but i would suggest you the amino acid protocol after the first days of wds, you don't need taking all the stuff ....take what you might need ( they are on the health pages , right side of the screen )... exercising is also great, you will boost your endorphines and of course, aftercare. We really need help addressing our addictive behaviour, jester.... this is a long race and we need help...NA meetings, therapy, addiction counseling... whatever it may work for you ... And keep posting your questions, you are not alone here :)
Havent read the thomas recipe yet but thats my next step now....I just want my appitite back i feel like i withering away and theres nothing i can do about it,because the thought of food just makes me sick !!...But thank you very much for the advice and please dont think that i am just some YOUNG punk kid whos not really listening to anything anyone is saying because everything i read on hear i take to heart and seriously follow through with information i am getting as best i can!!.....THANKS AGAIN (HUGS)
