I tapered down to .25 or less and still had wds. Not severe but unpleasant nonetheless. HOt baths and drinking lots of water helped me. I also forced myself to walk and felt better, seemed to help with a lot of the symptoms. I took Tylenol for the aches. Im still having sweats/chills but doing better then I was the first few days. (I just jumped last week) you know what the best thing is?? I don't feel that physical "hold" of opiates now. RLS would wake me out of my sleep to let me know it was time to take my dose when i got really low on the taper. Now I can feel that this is just the after effects of being on sub but no physical hold. It's a damn good feeling and it feels like a big weights been lifted. Keep doing, it will get better!!
