IS THERE ANY THING I CAN DO TO HELP THE WITHDRAWLS OF LORATABS, I GET SERVER STOMACH PAINS, CHILLS/SWEATS, MOODINESS , LAZY- VERY LAZY AND I LOOK EXTREMELY PALE- SICK LOOKING

either way..taper down or ct is ok with hydros...if u have the discipline to taper then go for it..if u have the urge to ct then go for it..if u taper then it is good to pick a Quit day and stick to it as closely as possible  ...can be frustrating for some to taper as it can be tougher than ct..for me it was...pick ur day and if u decide to jump sooner then that is great..but quit by ur quit day u have chosen for sure..or it can drag out/u could lose motivation and repeat the cycle over again...good luck..there is an article in the health pages on tapering

Yes many people taper.  I personally could not.  It will make it easier but not painless.
Take hot baths and look up the thomas recipe.  It seems to help with some of the issues.

THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT. LAST WEEK I WAS CLEAN FOR TWO DAYS FROM TAKING 4 TO 6 10 MG. I FELT SO SICK AND WEAK THAT I TOOK 3, 10 MG. NOW TODAY I ONLY TOOK 1 10MG AND I FEEL FINE, DO YOU THINK LOWERING THE DOSE DAILY WILL MAKE IT EASIER TO QUIT COLD TURKEY?

That is basically what is gonna happen when you withdrawl.  It only lasts about 5 days.  It is worth it to get your life back.  I am sure someone else will answer you soon that was taking your DOC.
