It's a hard road no matter if at home or anywhere else but u have to first make sure that YOU really want to quit and I mean are 100% that u want this because we can tell u everything we know to help you thru it but if u don't really want it all the support and supplements we list are useless because it all comes down to YOU and your will to quit we r here to help you and will give u all the advice in the world tho so let us know what your doc(drug if choice since u are new here) how much u were taking and how long you have been on it and we can help ya out alot more

Its likely that you will need to simply come to grips with the fact that the withdrawal is going to be tough..
You should notify your doctor, ask him/her about Clonodine.. Drink loads of water, even if you don't want to. After that, there are things you can do, Vitamins etc. but reality is that your body is cleaning up and its gonna be bad for about 4-5 days..
Keep reminding yourself that what you are doing is healthy and worth it .. Post here often, you will get support, and remember that withdrawal is normal and part of the process..
