day #5 tapering and head still banging

Day # 5 tapering off Tramadol and besides the incredibly banging headaches I am feeling ok. So does anyone think I should taper to 2 pills tomorrow? I have been on 3 a day for 5 days and I am not sure if I am ready for the next step or not. I would love some input.

I took tramadol for menstrual cramps. I have endometriosis. I have never had to buy them illegally though. My dr just calls in a refill. So for 14 years I have apparently had my period everyday....whats he thinking?

I would go ahead and drop.  You are feeling bad anyway, so why not get it over with?

Hi~  I'd go ahead and try to taper some more. You'll have a headache either way and if you feel okay otherwise...why not?

Try to treat that headache separately with OTC'S. It's probably a rebound headache.

Stay strong...pain can be a huge trigger.

Stay with the plan. I cut my taper down and it's awful. Dint make my mistake.  If you are following the plan and your body is acting well you could try to cut down.  It's all in how your body handles it

curious what you took tramadol for.

I'd stay at each level for at least a week.  Maybe even 10 days.  Withdrawals take a week or two so each time you taper your body will feel it for at least a week.  If you lower your dosage more than once in a week you're probably going to fast.
