I jumped off at a really high dose also and started to feel a little better energy wise after about a month. At 39 days now and have good days and bad days but every day is a little bit better. The more active I am the better I feel. Good luck to you and I am here for any help you need.
Hey everyone. I've never posted before but iv'e been reading a lot of posts which have helped me a lot these past couple of weeks. I'm actually on day 11 of being off of about 250-300mg sometimes more a day of oxy for the past 10 years. Sneezing is still ridiculous and have the runs for the last 3 days now. Energy level still at a low. Last nights Rangers game definitely helped me out after the win!!!! Playoffs will keep me pumped!! Going away end of next week with the fam so i hope by then my energy level jumps up a bit more...
You have 4 posts on here in the last couple of hours. Just stay in one of them so we can follow you and talk about what is going on with you.
you can just post on one of the threads you already have going. when you post an update on it it will bring it back to the first page of the forum.
it is advised to stick with one thread so all your questions and responses are on the same thread.
hope this helps.
how are you feeling today?
You can use your status also just to provide an update on yourself each day. This can be found on your "My Home" page or your Profile page. If you are wanting to just keep up with your journey, you may also want to try journaling on your page as well. Sometimes it is cathartic to write about yourself and where you have been or where you are currently in your journey. Feel free to post a question here any time. If you are updating a post from earlier in the day, just hit the comment button on your current thread.
Take care!
Hey chig. You're doing great. You don't have to actually ask a question. Write down what's on your mind and "hit ask a question" or send. It's important to keep posting and letting us know what's going on with you so we can help anyway we can. Don't worry about doing things wrong, typos or anything else. It's all about the content. So keep it up, there are so many people that are willing to help you as continue on your road to sobriety. Hope all is great. Good Luck...ike
