Just stopped using cocaine, but think damage is done

So I just started using cocaine recreationally a month ago. Did it for two weeks, and then for the last two weeks I only did it 5 times. It wasn't in large quantities and the last time I did it, I went to wipe my nose and ended up with a little bit of blood on my hand. As soon as I noticed, I flushed all of it and swore it off for good. That was 3 days ago, but my nose hasn't been right since then. I have a curved septum, that was already there from a previous injury, but I can tell the drugs made it worse. I also have a small dimple in the top of one nostril when I inhale. It's very hard to notice, but it's there. When I look inside it still looks raw, and when I look in the area that has the dimple I can see the arch of the nostril is noticeably larger. There are no holes from one side to the other, just the oversized arch. I have been keeping both nostrils covered with Vaseline, but am very concerned that it continue to deteriorate. A professional opinion would really be nice. I am going to have it looked at, but not for another week and don't want my nose to collapse in the meantime.
Thank you for the help, and trust that I won't make this mistake again. I got the message loud and clear. Just want to move forward.

I assumed that after a month I couldn't have done too much damage, but it sure feels & looks like I did. I think I got something cut with real bad stuff. As for addiction, my problems were always alcohol related -also stopped. Drugs were more of a recreational thing until last month when I got my hands on coke, & things started to get out of hand. 3 days into detoxing and I have never been happier with my decision, but my nose has me depressed/ and panicking. I just hope it doesn't get worse before I go to the doctor. I feel like a fool for putting myself in this situation.

Our bodies are amazing, they really want to heal themselves. Focus on good nutrition, exercise, and inner peace, your nose is the least of your worries. I've met people who live without a nose and people who are dead from cocaine, so try to hone in on the solutions, rather than the problems. Do you think you are an addict or just someone who abused drugs?

there is nothing wrong with your nose from that little bit of use but it would be wise to never use coke again because it could ruin your nose and cause a whole set of problems you dont want

Hi and welcome!  Cocaine sure does a number on our noses!  I used quite heavily for abut 2 years in my 20s and ended up with a deviated septum from it!  Im so glad that you are going to see a Dr next week!  It will set your mind at ease to know one way or another if you have done any permanent damage! If you have stopped using there shouldnt be any further deterioration but then again I am not a Dr!  Im so glad to hear you say that you got the message loud and clear after only a month of use!  You are saving yourself a lot of heartbreak and trouble and money!  Please let us know what happens when you go to the Dr!!!
