I've Felt Better

I'm on day 11 completely clean.

I was taking some supplements for energy and had to stop because they were making me feel dicey.  I think I was having a reaction to the bee pollen or ginseng.  I'm only taking a really good multi-vitamin right now and 5 hour energy drinks, when I think I need them.

I wake up in the morning and I feel O.K.  When I get to work around 7:30 am I start to feel unfocused and a little tired and it stays this way until the early afternoon when I start to get my 2nd wind.  The evenings are when I feel the best and I don't have any sleep issues.

Has anyone experienced this at this period of time into their "clean time".

I don't have all of my energy back but I'm guessing around 65-70%.  I'm tired of feeling tired.

How much longer???

I would think u r doing well for 11 days....i kinda felt pretty good energy wise at about that time but would lose it in a heartbeat and go thru a low enrgy phase..it was a couple of months...3 to be closer to the truth before i felt i had my complete/close to it anyway/energy back...at around 3-4 weeks i had a big energy slump and really studied the supps...and cracked down on it...i was in desperate need of my energy and motivation as my life is busy with work and such...hang in there

I averaged about 60 mg hydros/day but toward the end when I decided to bail I was up to between 80-100 mg/day for around 2 months.

I am clean from the past 4 months. It took around 10 days for the pain to go away. But it took around 3 weeks for me to regain my energy. I forgot to mention, not just my legs but even my arms hurt for around 7 days. So I guess general body pain is part of withdrawal. You'll feel much better in a week. I'll pray for you. Keep me updated :)

Best Regards,
Me

How long have you been clean and how long was it for you before you started to feel the energy return and the leg pain go away?

Not back pains but I had experienced moderate to severe pain in my legs. I still remember very well. It felt like as if my legs were going to break. And I was very low on energy. I could hardly walk. But now I take a 2 km walk everyday. Sounds fun doesn't it?

I drink the "5 Hour Energy" by Chaser.

It has only one cup of caffeine, no sugar, Guarana or any of the other stuff like the Monster drinks.

A couple of Motrin seems to help.

I did. Initially atleast. It took a while but now I feel great most of the time. Although I do feel a bit tired mentally during the early hours. I wake up at around 9 AM and it takes me 15 mins to actually get up. I usually feel tired (mentally) till around 11. Then a cup of tea and I am back to normal. Although I would also say I feel the best during the evening hours. Thats when I feel all pumped up and become very productive.

You are still on day 11 so relax! You'll get better and better :) All the best.
