Clean 18 years.. then Hyrdros...

Quit drinking and pot when I was 20 years old... NEVER touched them since..  I have taked hydrocodone for kidney stones with no problem either.  About 3 months ago I took some for a headache and BOOM --- hooked..  I've been clean for 22 days and it was the hardest thing I've ever done.  I felt great after the first week but now I'm really craving the pills again (was hoping it went away)  I know everyone is different, but will it 'ever' go away!?!?   I am sluggish and loved the energy the drug gave me.   Trying to stay clean!  -Kevin

Kevin--I sure hope so. I'm down to 1.5 pills a day. Physically I feel okay, but the cravings are still there. I have no intention of caving into the temptation though. I can't say from personal experience, but from what I've read from those who have been clean for some time...the cravings should subside & energy eventually returns. Congrats on being 22 days clean!....looking forward to the day I can say that!
