Day 2 on the taper plan

Okay, today is day 2 on my grand taper plan. I felt fine yesterday w/ only 100mg of ultram but I had night sweats and chills. I really couldn't sleep. I talked to my husband about my problem and sounds supportive but I am afraid he could turn around and throw this in my face if ever he needed to. I have to go to work today and mostly I am just really tired and a bit anxious. I hate my job which makes dealing with this all the more difficult. I just want to be done with all these damn devil pills.  I just want to cry all the time.

when i got really low  mg wise . i would take a tylonel PM that helped me get some rest .

I know this is difficult, but it will be so worth it.  Keep your eye on the prize.  Make sure your taking vitamins, eating and drinking well. Can you get some Clonodine from your doctor? It's a blood pressure med that really helps with withdrawal symptoms. Hang in there. You know your doing the right thing.
