20 Hours into WD's---Hanging on!

Last lortab (half of a 7.5) was yesterday at 3pm. I fudged some on the taper, so I am feeling the WD's pretty bad. I am at work. It was so hard to get up & get going this morning. I have no more access to any meds. I even called the pharmacy to be sure, no remaining refills. My arms are so weak, I hope it doesn't get any worse. I have to work tomorrow as well. rd down, the rest of my life to go! Lord help me!

I know you are not feeling well and I feel for you.  We all have been though it.  Some worse than others.  But I am here to tell you it gets better and easier.  I am 39 days clean and I feel great.  Life is so much better now.  It is so worth it to give it up and start living again.  Keep it up you are doing great.  And if you fall off just pick yourself up and keep going.  I know you can do it if you really want it.  THIS FEELING WON'T LAST FOREVER!!

I have no way to fall off! It's a good thing to, or admittedly, I probably would. I appreciate your encouragement, that is why I am here. I hope in a few weeks, I can encourage some one as well. Wow, that would be nice. For now, UGH!! I'm hangin tough......lol

It's very easy for us to type to you that it will get better soon, and when you're feeling bad you just want it to be over (and quickly too, I must add).  We are not kidding when we say it can be done, it will get over very soon.  Been there done that, didn't like it at first, but I guarantee you, you'll feel so much better.  Tomorrow is Friday, if you're not working this weekend, just relax at home and do something to get it off your mind, or rest in bed, take hot showers/baths --- those work too.  I actually hid my clock since time seemed to pass so slowly when checking it every five minutes to see how long I had to go.

24 Hours! Phew.....this is tough stuff guys. I am thankful for each hour that passes. I am trying to stay busy at work. It'ss very hard to focus. I have no appetite. I'd be scared to eat anyway because my tummy is extremely grumpy & I do not sit near the rest room, where I spent a large chunk of my morning. My head is pounding, my ears are ringing, my nose is running & it feels like I am walking in thick sand, my legs & arms are so heavy. I admire you that have been through this. I'm hanging on.......
