I never really lost my appetite except for the first 2 days of detox, but even then I still ate. I started sleeping normal around day 20. As for energy, I'm ok. I'm taking 6 senior level classes at the university and I always have a TON of home work EVERY day so it takes a lot out of me. I take a multi vitamin, b complex, and omega 3 pill every day. I'm doing good...glad the brain fog has finally subsided. I was feeling pretty dumb there for awhile...it made school difficult. But overall I'm good and happy. My fiancé and I both are really enjoying our new found sex life haha! I feel like an 18 yr old all over again ;-)

That's amazing! I hope I get there 3 days in the rest of my life (hopefully) to go one min at a time for now!

I'm at Day 22, the energy is up and down but my B vitamins have helped.  A few things are still out of whack...

Can't wait for my month!   Congrats again!  Here's looking to many more clean days...

And pretty soon it'll be a million days! Lol ;)) I know i am just so happy for you right now!!! Thats  y I am joking like that but you pushed through ... Even on those uncomfortable days:... U stuck to it! And that's what makes you so strong and gives you the ability to keep on. I think for you and I ( and many more) the cravings weren't there but we had our own difficulties to deal with throughout this process and there will be more but we are so, so very prepared to handle it as long as we stay focussed and smile! Yes, smile! ;+)
