Family member with Oxy/Roxy addiction

I have someone in the family who has an oxy/roxy addiction coupled with xanax here and there.  This member has no job, no money, no insurance.  They want treatment but can't afford it.  The family member has currently been off the oxy's to the best of my knowledge since last Friday night.  Today is day six.  The usual dosage was around 5-10 30's snorted.  Some days more, some days less for at least a year.  The member has accessability to suboxine but not legally.  They can't afford the $250 to see a doctor & get a legal prescription.  Any suggestions?

As far as I can gather, one is not truly off the Oxy until 72 hours after the last pill is taken, so he should be in the third day (today is Wednesday) of true w/d.  It's going to get really hard in the next couple of days, but will ease off within a week, if he sticks to his regimen.  Make sure he gets lots of fruit smoothis and Pedialite, okay?  TrayCee is right in every aspect.  Subs, I've also heard, are harder to withdraw from than Oxys, so if he's got this far ... might as well just continue the cold turkey w/d.

where did they get the $$ for the Roxi's?  Those are 20-30.00$ each in my part of the country.  Maybe he could use that money to go into treatment.  If hes really been off six days it would be CRAZY to start Subs at this point, IMO.
