Looking forward to each day...

So, I'm 72 days clean...At about day 30 I was feeling great but not sleeping well (posted about that). That has passed and I sleep just fine now. However, lately if I wake up early because of outside noises or my dog - whatever - I find it difficult to get back to sleep because I'm looking forward to the day. Just regular, ordinary days. I've never experienced anything like this before, and really enjoy it although it's a bit strange. I wanted to share this. There are a lot of new people on the forum who are struggling with quitting, questioning life without drugs, and, although everyone's different, I wanted to let them know that there is a light (a very bright light) at the end of the tunnel. Thanks again and again to all on the forum who helped me get here.

72 days is such a milestone. Getting to day 30 has always been a struggle for me, I'm going to do it. Thanks for your inspiration.

Congrats on your clean time!  You have fought very hard to get where you are at.  The longer you go the brighter that light gets~~sara
