Withdrawal is more harmful to the baby than the oxycodone. Stay on during the pregnancy, or go on methadone, which has a proven profile of efficacy and safety during pregnancy, and ask your doctor to devise a tapering plan after delivery. Opiates themselves are completely non-toxic.

Talk to your Dr about weaning you off, or maybe putting you on something else a little less strong until you can completely break away from the pills. Don't be afraid to talk to him/her about it.

How many are you taking a day? Are you addicted to them?
