this is the hardest thing that I've ever done in my entire life. All we want to do is be normal individuals but yet somehow finders house on the spa. That's the worst part is the best part is the factory palm a decision to get clean. But biggest decision more ever make it the decision to stay clean I realize that a lot of your facing the forever cities in your life that prevents you from keeping they clean life but there is no excuse for any of us to relapse no matter what. I'm just trying to remain positive even if f*** you have it is I am right now with a non stop constant headaches I'm just trying to express myself more than I ever have. I've cried today probably no less than 10 * 34 year old manmost people have never seen this side of me. however all I keep hearing from anybody I talk to see they can sense something is different with me and they rather liked it! I know this is the best decision for me you know this is the best decision for you somehow we just have to not so much think about how bad we feel good we're going to feel in the end and we will beat this!

last time i went clean i was using for a year and a half straight, heroin and methadone. After getting clean it took me about 2 months before the morning headches started going away, blood pressure normalized and another three months for me to feel semi happy during the day. It can be done but it takes time, im battling an addiction again i went from being clean to using again but im taping off of methadone im on 7mg today, two more days and i will be off of it completely. have strength my friend, i have been using for ruffly 12 years detoxing more times than i can think and only now i can honestly say i think i know what it takes. Stay strong, go to NA once you get clean. do the 12 step program find a group, outpatient is important even if you dont feel like talking to anyone just sit and listen no one pressures you there. My friend i feel for you, we need to be strong.

I dont think there is one of us that would ever say this is easy.  What we do say is that it is worth it.  You will start seeing more and more rewards as time goes by.  We were given a 2nd chance at life, something not everyone is given.  Time and patience my friend~
