Day 15 and having huge cravings; could really use the encouragement today.  My morning started off well and it all fell apart once I got to work.  Crazy day!

495 days off methadone. Was it hard, heck you, not gonna lie. Has been worth it? Ask my children or anyone who cares about me. There has been nothing but progress since day one. It gets tiring treading water on pills, I am so grateful to have swam this far up that river of recovery.

124 days. New perspectives. New job. Always a new challenge, but clearheaded they all are easier to surmount.
Everyday I think it important to think about where I have been, and just how easy it would be to return if my guard is down.
I still spend time on this Forum. learning and sometimes encouraging newcomers with my own experience.
It is a lifesaver here for many!

Holy Sh*t! Today is 100 days off of Suboxone! I just realized that. Been too busy enjoying my life and not worrying about pills!

6 years and 7 days clean from hydros and oxy. Best decision I ever made.

98 days cigarette free too! I realized how much I hated smoking during detox. It made me effing miserable.

Congrats to EVERYONE on getting clean from anything. Cheers!

50 days clean from norco and feeling... GREAT! I just " turned the corner" the last few weeks, I've been really struggling with the mental w/ds but, these last couple of days I've been feeling really good. Praise God!

25 days clean off of a 6+ year suboxone ride.  Still feeling crappy in the evenings and nights are still sometimes hell, but I can tell a slight difference....things are getting better.

Great idea!!!  Well I have about 18 months off opiates and 39 days off suboxone.  Still struggling with my thoughts, and felt sorry for myself today, but ya know what... I'm ALIVE, I have all of you, and tomorrow is a new day waiting for us.

700 days today, tomorrow will be 23 months. In one more month, I will have 2 whole years free of substances! I never thought I would be able to say that, and I am grateful every single day. Thank you for posting this!
