One whole month

Yep! One whole month off Norco. I am so happy I decided to stop taking those pills. Has it been easy? No, not at all. But, I am well on my way. It is a freedom to not worry about my next pill! For the most part, I feel better every day. Of course, I still have occasional cravings. Certain situations will cause me to think about them. But, it is usually fleeting, a bit nostalgic (I do miss that euphoria, I won't lie!) and then I'm on to my next thought. The first 10 days were pretty rough physically for me. But, with the help of this forum and specifically Charlie and Tina, I got through the worst of it. Thank you, my friends! Today I celebrate. Anyone reading this and thinking about starting this journey, please know that it will be a decision you won't regret. Keep reading posts and posting here and before you know it, it will be a month. And you will have your life back!

YIPEEEE!!!! 2  of the POSSE have now hit the 30 day mark drug free. And the third ( ME!!!) is less than 2 days away. You angels continue to inspire and strengthen me each and every day. Here's to looking at the next 30 days and beyond. Can you believe how far we have come when we were absolutely sure there was no way we would even make it through the first few days? Fantastic. Always love.
