I've already taken my 6mg of sub today. Want to take more. Don't know why. It won't get me high. Please help. Why is my brain telling me this?

Weaver hit the nail on the head. Its in your head! Were used to getting high, we like to be high, thats where we feel comfortable. Bite the bullet and push through it! Subs have a plateau effect anyway, so it wont do what your brain wants anyway! Try to do something else until it passes....as it will pass!

Try not to obsess on it, go for a walk, watch a move, just stay busy. It really is a lot about surrendering to the process. Is there anyone who can hold your subs, so you don't have that option if more hanging over your head all the time? Our minds play tricks on us, so we have to do what we know is right , even if it doesn't feel good. Also, it doesn't feel like sub gets you high , compared to other drugs, but it does give people energy and block feelings. Your brain is wanting that escape, even though it be mild. Hang tough, you will feel better about yourself by sticking to your commitment to yourself. Each time you don't give in, it will start to make you feel better and better about yourself. Keep being good and it will start to feel good. My tendency was to wait until I felt good to be good. That never worked. You can do this.
