Hi! Things go much better if you eat and drink. You need a lot of fluids during detox so drink water,juice,gatorade.
Take some vitamins and minerals. The only thing that helps the energy is time. Sorry but that's the truth. It may take a few weeks to get your energy back up so be patient.
Take Vit C and B vitamins;that will help. You just need to eat,drink,and get some exercise. It may seem impossible but you have to do it!

Welcome! Have you gone of pills cold turkey or did you taper? What were you taking and how many/much a day?Being tired is just part of the process unfortunatly. On the top right of this page are the health pages and check out the Thomas recipe-its vitamins ect that will help you throught the withdrawals and hopefully also get more rest. Fortunately the withdrawals dont last forever and it seems like day5-7 are most peoples turning point on feeling better and having more energy. Best wishes and keep posting!!
