I've taken a generic Xanax alprazolam .50mg

I'm 5 weeks clean off opiates, and it's still a struggle. Anyways I've been completly sober off everything since then and today I took .50mg of xanax cause I kind of had a panic attack while driving This morning. It's made me a little tired but it did help the anxiety a great deal!! Anyways anyone think that's alright? I'm trying to let my brain heal naturally though after the last panic attack I got a couple (for that reason). I don't feel any high or anything but I feel anxiety free which is much needed on some certain days (usually work day). Will it be alright to just save these last 2 for future panic attacks? I just want my brain to be able to heal naturally and if one day I get a panic attack and I'm
Not able to lay down or something and I'm at work I want to able to have something to save me from looking crazy until I'm safely off work.

Hi Madmax

I just wanted to chime in and say that I agree with the above. 1 out of 3 meds I took was a Benzo and it can become very addicting, also the worst to detox off. Be Safe! Be Good!

I agree. Just don't make it a habit. Take 1/2 if possible if you reallyyyyy need it.
