Thanks guys. I was in the hospital on Saturday and my blood pressure was fine, my heart rate was up a little and I had two abnormal ekg's, first one not so good, second one is being considered normal for me. Is that all I need to watch is my pressure? This is making me full of panic. Surely if my heart was gonna give out it would have been when I was a hundred pounds heavier or at least during w/d right? Should I be worried about this?

This is a blood pressure issue here. What you're describing is known as postural hypotension. Change positions more slowly, even when going from a lying down position to sitting up.
Withdrawl usually brings an increase in blood pressure, and with that head aches, and dizziness. You may be having a rebound hypotensive effect, or still have hypertension and have postural hypotension. The postural hypotension will go away provided you don't have any other problem causing it...so will the hypertension.
You can have your blood pressure checked at a local chain pharmacy if you don't have a doc. to make sure it's not too high.
