Re-reading original posts does help!

I must say, I've seen quite a few people on here state that the read old posts so I decided to go re-read mine from the beginning of January, 2014, and your right! It does let me know that I am definitely, definetly better than I was on day 5, 6, 7 etc!  I can walk, talk, eat (like a pig), go to work, exercise (still not as much as I used to, but it'll get there), my house isn't spotless, but, it's doable.  Things actually have gotten better physically, and I appreciate more than you will ever know to those of you that so helped me push through that "hell" of a detox that I put myself through.  Hoping, with the help of N/A, that that will be the last time I EVER HAVE TO DO THAT!  It does help to remind us of where we were and where we are now! Not perfect, but....better!  :)  Thanks!

It does help see the progression doesn't it!  It lets you see how far you have come and that there is progress.  Very nice post.  Reminds us to remember how far we have come!

Totally!! I also read back my posts from before my most recent relapse -- it's a great way to see where I went wrong... A matter of fact before i relapsed I basically stopped posting once I hit 30 days... Shortly after that (about 2 weeks) I relapsed...
