Congratulations ur doing great.u definitely have the right attitude about your sobriety.Keep gaurding it
Congrats Lost! So strange you mentioning the morning and thinking about the pills. You know I was so programmed to when i would take my pills, that still to this day, Day 66, almost every morning when I am getting ready for work, I think I have to take my pills. Then I used to take another one when I would get in the car and head to work, and I still occasionally reach for my purse. Talk about pure addict behavior at its finest!
I am so blessed to be sober and to have found wonderful people like you along the way.
it seems that things are improving for you, great... CONGRATS on your 45 days !!!!
Keep doing what you are doing!!
Congrrats on your clean time!!

Thank you Texas. Isn't it great to be free of the chains?
thank you. I will keep my guard up.
Thanks Iwill. It's awesome to be clean and have a place like this at our fingertips to support one another.
I am so happy for you and congratulations. You have helped me so much in my first week, I will forever be grateful. I look forward to your emails and I am so happy I found this site with all of these wonderful people going through what I am going through. You are an earth angel in my eyes and have helped guide me in this crazy path I'm on to my recovery. Thank you again Lost.
Wow... thanks scared!! You're doing awesome!
fantastic!! love your part about guarding sobriety. We guarded our pills with our life, why not treat our sobriety the same. Im gonna name my sobriety petey and keep it in my pocket. <--adding humor to the forum. For real, great job.
Well isnt this a great post! Congrats on your clean time! The eagles said it best "So often times it happens that we live our life in chains, and we never even know we have the key". Isnt it great when we realize we are in control of our destiny and we release those chains~~~sara
Hey congrats on breaking free your plan sounds good and you do also......I know we beat this drum alot but what are you doing about aftercare?? it is a critical step to long term sobriety your off the pills but if your like me and most of us we need to change the very way we think and reson to overcome this thing get pluged into something weather it be N/A or addiction therapist or one of the other ways but put at least 1hr aside each week for your sobriety......I wish you a long healthy recovery become pro/active in it good luck and God bless.....Gnarly
