Sorry I have not been on much lately, I am going through a lot right now and fighting harder than ever to stay clean since I got here 3 years ago. I guess that's why they say one day at a time. 18 days clean after my relapse and feeling like s hit, lol.

41 days here after a relapse and feeling much better and clear headed. Congrats gizzy on 18 days! I know how hard it is to come clean after a relapse, you are to be commended and I hope you feel better soon! And conrats to everyone else, even 1 day clean is amazing and something to be proud of!

I am in taper from tramadol 2 days. I had a hard day and seriously considered taking a little extra. I came here during the urge to find help and found this thread. Thank you for posting this! You are all amazingly strong kind people and I am grateful for the support.

14 months off opiates.I still touch them because  I am a pharmacist,but I do not take them.Good old ibuprofen or tylenol do it for me now.
