Roll Call Time!!

It's that time already!! Time to post your clean time no matter what it is!! Seems like there are a few necomers to the site,so welcome. Each month I post a roll call in which everyone is welcome to post their clean time,no matter how long it may be. I encourage everyone to post, especially those early on in their recovery. I find strength in reading others posts on their sucess stories. I hope you will too!! I'm at 872 days here and going strong!!

On a side note,I apologize for not being on lately. My "other half" was hit by an SUV while on his motorcycle last Saturday and has been in the hospital. He is home now,but it was scary for awhile. So if I could please have everyone keep us in their prayers? And also, please please when driving always look twice for motorcycles!!

Stay strong everyone and know that you're not alone in this fight. It does get better. Start off hour by hour if you have to,but you have to start somewhere, sometime. Why not today? Stay strong and take care!!

Why thank you so much tomskat.  It has been a huge struggle but my clean time is sacred to me now.  I have been going through withdrawals on and off for 3 months and do not want to have to go through this again.

WOW!!!! We hit a record for responses this month for sure with roll call!! And I still know there's more of you out there so please keep posting. It's these positive stories that help people who are really struggling get through, even if it is just 1 hour at a time. So pleae keep posting those of you who haven't already. Guard your clean time as you never know when 1 of your triggers may pop up. What helped me in the beginning was this site-whenever I craved I got on here and posted or made friends. This roll call is sort of like my therapy as well...keeps me focused on my clean time as well. So...stay strong everyone and thank you to all who posted!!! Hang in there-it DOES get better!!

Well they did a rapid taper. I went to detox, they did a rapid taper of Klonopin. Then I had two days out and went to rehab. When I got to rehab they saw how horrible I was, they reinstated benzos by giving me Valium for 5-6 days.. I was horrible again when I came out, was getting by for 6 months and then boom it all hit me again. They say I have a Motor"tick" disorder. I frankly think it is PAWS as really none of the physicians I met with understand Benzo withdrawal. ugggghh

191 Days for free of Benzo's and Alcohol.

Wish I could say I was better. Still horrible anxiety which I think are PAWS from the Benzo's. Lost my job and drivers license (DWI so my fault of course)

Praying it gets better. I have been a saint for the last 6+ months, and doing the right thing. Trying not to quit before the miracle.
