this is my second post of the day.......i dont knw what to do i didnt expect the dt,s to be this horriable......i tried my doc and cant get an appointmentor the drug counselor?  i feel like i can pass out...not shure i can even see stright to drive to a aa meeting......its only 1 o clock....cant imagine making it all day....i just want to get some relife ready to pull my hair out.....after detoxing off herrione and xanex.....this should have been a piece of cake......i cant belive the anxiety attacs either....omg......help

I really feel for you, I actually did pass out during detox. You should get medical help asap. If the doctors not available then go to the ER (have someone drive you) they can help you through this. Don't take any chances, not sure how much of each drug you were doing but it sounds to me that you at least need to be seen if your on the verge of losing consciousness. Please go and let us know how your doing.

Hi! Have you tried the Thomas Recipe? This seems to help with the wd's. Also take hot baths this helps for the aches and pains. For anxiety try the amino acid recipe on here. Keep your mind busy by watching funny movies, reading or listening to music. The worst of the wd.'s are the first 72 hours. We have all been through this so you are not alone!

Hi~  Sometimes withdrawals hit pretty hard. Are you otherwise in good health?

I try to tell people that two things are important with detox:  Don't do it alone and let your doctor know. There are meds that can help you.

Stay away from caffeine. Be sure to get some food in. Keep drinking. Many symptoms are related to lack of food,sleep,and liquids.
