Symptoms of a high dosage of Adderall?

Hello, I have ADHD and have been on Adderall for almost 10 months now. I currently take 60mg, 2 20mg pills in the morning and 1 20mg in the afternoon.

I have been experiencing euphoria and clear vision for a while. I also had anxiety because I believed I had heart problems. I got a 24 hour heart monitor and several other tests and my heart was completely normal. As far as concentration, I'm super focused most of the day and this greatly improved my grades in school, and other aspects of life.

Right now I'm feeling panic again; the same panic I did when I got the test. I know it's not really a heart problem I'm just panicking over nothing again. But I wanted to ask if these are symptoms of a high dosage? and is this unhealthy to my body? I asked my doctor if 60mg was too much and he said it's a normal amount.

And if you are having anxiety/panick attacks, and heart problems, even if you only perceive them as such, you are overmedicated. Yes, the dose is too high.

Sounds like its a bit high if you are experiencing euphoria .Perhaps you could work with your doctor to lower your dose a bit
