thank god for melatonin
I just want to say that I took some of your advice and bought some melatonin to help me sleep and it has worked like a dream...so if anyone is having trouble sleeping while detoxing which you ALL do, give it a try cause it works.... thank you for all the advice and encouragement. This is a great site.
I'm not sure but its herbal. so ya get it from the health food shop....google it i guess to find out more...lol everything on google. sorry i couldnt help more
