What a great day for you and your family and what a great gift to give your mom, you being clean~~~awesome!! sara
You guys just do NOT know how much you mean to me! Your kindness and support and sweet words just make me feel so great!
Sara, I went out of town, had dinner and went to a college football game! It was a nice day and was my mom's birthday as well, so we had a really awesome day and night! My whole family was together. They missed having times like that with me when I was using, so we all enjoy our family time even more now!
Now....my fav time of the year is here, so I am psyched! It was 51 degrees here this morning! Fall has fallen in the south!!!!! : ) Bring on the pumpkins and Halloween decorations. I LOVE IT, and I am sober to enjoy it. It just doesn't get any better than that folks!
Did you do something nice for yourself??????
Congrats! Such an insperation to all of us!!!!
Congratulations on 6 months,Keep working it girl
LOL, Tram. "harder than delivering an 8 lb baby w/o an epidurel..."!! That's sad, and funny. Have a great plus one day! ~Lindsay
Great Job! I would not be at 77 days if not for you! Thank you and congrats.
Congratulations Honey...I am so proud of you..havent heard from you lately but glad to see you are doing so great!

You rock girl......So proud of you!!
Hi friends! I have been gone ALL day today but am home now, and I just want to tell you all how humbled I am by your posts! What an awesome group of people I am happy and blessed to call my friends.
It has been quite a time for me over the last 6 months. I have had some great days and some devastating ones! I have had to learn how to live life without being able to alter it according to MY WAY all the time. I have had major surgery and learned that NO pill is safe in my hands, so the easy answer was to give them to someone else to give me when NEEDED....not when WANTED! LOL
Thank you my sweet vicki! This was better than a birthday on Facebook!!! : ) And the last 6 months has been harder to deal with than having my 8 lb baby without an epidural!!!! But with everyone's help, I have been able to do it.
Do whatEVER you have to do, everyone, to maintain sobriety. It won't be easy, but it is SO worth it!!! Love and hugs ALL around to my wonderful, thoughtful friends who mean the world to me!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind words today and for your support always!
Love!!!!!
Lea Ann

Oh and thank you Vicki for starting this thread so we can all know....
Hi Tramhater,
Way to go. One day plus one day plus one day adds to six months. The calender knows what to do, but it doesn't come easy. You have worked hard.No one this earth can get through 6 months without some challenges begging to feed your addiction.
You remained strong and now have time under your belt (where did that saying come from? Only thing under my belt is chips and salsa from a work trip in San Antonio).
Anyway, just wanted to tell you, I see you are driven to stay clean first because you've found love for yourself and your sobriety AND second because you've found a bunch of people that need your light of hope (that would be me....).
You want aLL of us here on the board to follow your path. Your actions, words, and honesty have helped us to take hold of your strong arm when we feel slippery. Plus you are a very good listener! Electronically speaking - I mean... listening... :>
Thank you and keep being awesome!! Six MONTHS. MONTHS!!! hugs n hugs, Lindsay
yeah, do something nice for you today, Lee Ann ...YOU ARE SIX MONTHS CLEAN :) :)
