30 days clean today!

I am so happy that I have made it to 30 days!  I am feeling somewhat like my old self.  Energy comes and goes but I will take it.  RLS has finally stopped, knock on wood.  I just wish I could sleep through the night. I seem to wake up every night around 3 and wide awake for two hours or so.  Then I have to take Benadryl to go back to sleep and then I am groggy when I wake back up.  Sure hope that my sleep returns soon.  I hear its the last to come back to normal.

Last night I got into bed at 1030 and laid there till midnight and I guess I finally fell asleep and slept till 0745.  I was so thrilled.  But I knew I shouldn't have said RLS was gone. LOL!! Had it last night so I hurried up and took my Hyland's leg cramps pills and the RLS pills. Seemed to help.  Woke up feeling pretty good.

Congrats! I'm right behind ya at day 27 and a good long night sleep still escapes me. I'm get up around 3am. Fortunately I get sleepy again a few hours later and get a nice early morning nap. I hear it will come. In in aftercare so a lot of emotional stuff happening so I think part of the sleep is just emotions running wild. Feeling overal better but still don't like the rest of the world very much lol

right behind you at 28 days off fentanyl.  i still feel like poo, no energy, weak, fatigued, RLS, stomach pains, etc.  less intensity than 27 days ago, but still there.  
glad you have your energy back.  i cannot wait for that
