what a long nite my shoulder wouldn't stop throbbing and my foot swallowed up all nite even elevating it didn't help glad no work today my brain n ive been battling allday yesterday n today it seems i want to give in but won't grrr id love to have some relief tho "i had to say that out loud" bad nite bad bad nite I've gotta find my ipod grrrrr

Hey girl tuff day it sounds like ......we all get them I always really feel for the addict with chronic pain its a double edged sward if you use you get hooked if you dont your in pain but give it some time rebound pain makes it worst ice the swelling down and take some otc stuff for some releafe keep posting for support my Girl form OZ hang in there good luck and God bless.......Gnarly

i have a hot cream it sorta helps but nothin but ms works for it Im breathing thru i.couldn't go past thevstairs outside Im back with foot elevated n shoulder throbbing thanks for the suggestions n love mwah aj

Smiles, I use Biofreeze gel too and it is great! My physical therapist uses it on me and gives me samples to take home and use. Love that stuff!

Sorry you are in so much pain.  Do you have any cryoderm, biofreeze or arnica to rub on after you ice?  Congrats on 21 days! :)

Good for you that you're going out for that walk instead of letting it get you down. It is so hard when you have flare - ups. I have them in my neck and it makes my shoulder muscles knot up and headaches. I do hope you get some relief soon :)

Yes AJ,  vicki is right, ice it! If you don't have an ice pack, use a bag of frozen vegetables or a kitchen bag filled with ice. I usually leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes. Take aspirin too. I hope you feel better soon, my friend from oz.

Hey honey!  Get some ice on that shoulder and take some aspirin. You'd be surprised how much it helps the pain...it might help your foot,too!
