Weekends the hardest?

I dont know about you guys but I am realizing boredom is my trigger and lonelyness. I am sourrounded by my family and still feel lonely sometimes if you know what I mean. Well I have noticed the weekends are the hardest for me and the day seems so long being clean. When I am at work, even though I dont want to be here, the day goes much faster and I dont sit and dwell on getting high. So I guess I feel lost no matter where I am. Do you ever feel like that wanting so bad to go home and then at home not wanting to sit around there either but dying to be with my kids but I guess I feel like I am not fitting in or happy no matter where I am. Dont get me wrong my kids are the whole world to me and I love my husband with my whole heart! Is that feeling depression you think?

I agree 100%. The weekends and after work are hard. There's only so much you can do to stay busy. Somedays I stay over at work even though I am not getting paid for it just to put off going home. (I have no kids). I guess it takes time so know that you are not alone.

Hang in there!

Weekends are tough for me...I am single and dont like to stay home alone all weekend...it did kinda pep up the weekend but that was an expensive/costly was to fight boredom!..i think mental adjustment just takes a while...and we feel like there is something missing

You aren't alone.  The weekends were always the hardest for me.  I don't know why, but on Friday's I would always start trying to call the doctor or dentist and get something, anything, to get me through the weekend.

Good luck to you
