You are in the right place and you are not alone. There are many members here who have gotten clean and stayed clean so take the advise they give.

Tell us a little bit about where you are right now and we can support you and guide you through the physical stage and the mental as well. If you are still using and haven't detoxed yet, let us know what you plan to do about that---taper or cold turkey and we can give you some tips.

Hang around. While it is always slow on the weekends, be patient and someone will be along to help you out.

Yea, first thing I did before I even started wds was come clean to everyone. My habit was a total secret. It was a huge weight off my shoulders and kind of pushed me to the next step. It helped big time. Good luck.

   i was just honest and told my wife and family they were alittie shock but better that than them finding out on their own then you gotta deal with that whole trusting you thing so now we work on ways to fix hope that helps, dave
