I am new here, but this sounds bad! If it were me, I would be at the doctor ASAP! Like others said, there is probably some CNS issues.

Hun, a nerve called the ulnar nerve causes sensation to your little and ring finger. It is the same nerve that you feel when you hit your "crazy bone". It may be getting better when you stand because you are straightening your arm out. This is a common injury for people who mainline drugs but there are other causes. Did you injure your arm at the elbow or are you having neck problems? Do you know that you are on a drug abuse forum? Just curious. Good luck. Corey

That certainly sounds like a nerve is being pinched somewhere. I wish that I could tell you  what to do for it - if it has responded to walking at different times you may try to massage your hand / arm shoulder are and see if that helps.- or maybe you should walk?
