Will Body Detoxifying kit speed along W/D symptoms.

While I am waiting on everybody to answer my earlier question I will ask another.  While in Walmart the other day I say a Body Detox kit that is suppose to completely cleanse your body of any toxins and bad things in a weeks time.  Will taking something like this speed along the W/D process and hopefully shorten any symptoms (especially the insomnia)?  Has anyone ever tried this or heard of anyone who has?

I think you can accomplish the same thing with water. Just keep drinking and flushing your system.  That "cleanse" will give you diarrhea and you're already going to have that.

Force fluids, take vitamins and minerals and rest when you can...

I think the less stuff you put in  your body during WD the better,  You have to go through WD and there is a health information page at top of this page that gives great info on how to help you get through WD a little easier.  There is no easy way out of WD.  It is what it is!!  Keep us posted.  Maybe think of a cleanse after your done WD.

Never tried it.  I would say that if it takes a week like you said, then you will be just about as far along in a week without it????  I'm just guessing though!  If someone had told me that it would have worked in a DAY, I would have considered it, but a week???  I don't think I'd waste my money!
