Woke up to Day..get this....86!!

Even though my Tracker says 82...I started 4 days prior.  WOW...time flies!!!  Life has been great...even with the ups and downs.  Many downs this last month and a half.  We lost 4 of our pets (our doxie and 3 ducks) and lost a friendship that I thought would last a lifetime....out of nowhere...they just up and decided not to be friends with me....felt like a death.  BUT...in those losses I've found how strong I am.  I normally would have IMMEDIATELY turned to my substance of choice.  This time I dug deep and faced the loss with really dealing with it...heartache and all.  I talked about it, didn't hold it in, and shared my fears and sorrows.  I feel stronger than ever!  Woke up today to an email to update my Tracker and I was just shocked!  It's amazing!  I believe in letting myself actually FEEL things empowered my inner self.  I don't fear loss or negative results of things to come or ...well....anything!  I take them as they come and realize they are a part of life and things could be sooo much worse if I had let myself fall.  Just proof that even good can come from the bad!  

Anyway...I was just so excited that I had to share and hopefully help others who may be starting their "journey" or those that might be having a hard time right now.  Keep up your AWESOME work.  We, you, the world.....all deserve to see the greatness that is the TRUE you!!  Always believe that you are a miracle...I know it sounds corny...but it's true!  You deserve the best!

Excellent descriptive post,you mention the ups and downs that we encounter in life.With the pills we mask those emotions and feelings,thus in reality not making correct decisions ,no real feelings and just existing.Your post shows that pill free the difficult feelings and emotions that come our way can be tackled and dealt with in a clear and positive matter,ultimately the rewards that come from this are as you say shows how strong people can be and how empowering it feels.Life is so much more rewarding and any feelings of natural happiness and feeling  are so much better than any chemical can give.This is what a turnaround life can be for any newcomers reading,and in essence is my experience.Thanks for sharing

I hope that anyone new to the forum reads this post. You summarize what is said so many times on so many threads - although there will always be good days and bad days - such is life - living without pills is absolutely wonderful. The fog is gone, and we handle situations with a clear and certain approach.
